Returns

Please contact us before shipping back any returns.

Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.

Returns will gladly be accepted within a 14 day grace period. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Eligible returns must be in the condition you received them in and unopened. Opened items can not be returned. Any full cases that have been opened can not be returned. 

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing. However, this does not include packaging condition and cosmetic paint issues. 

Products damaged in transit can be returned and you will receive a full refund or if the item is In Stock, we can exchange it for the same item. There is a 14 day period to take advantage of this return policy, anything beyond 14 days will not be accepted as a return. We will require pictures of the shipping box and item before this process can begin.

Any packages returned due to customer not supplying a valid shipping address will be subject to a handling fee and you will be charged shipping again to re-ship the item(s). Any cancellations from this will result in a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Refunds will not be given for sale items, only full price items are eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs, if you are due a refund, we will deduct the shipping costs from said refund.
